After the girls left on December 28th, Bucky and I went out to his office to pick up his car so that we could do some day trips. He has a car for work because he often needs to drive from his office to his major client. He leaves his car out at his office because driving in the city is daunting and he enjoys the commute via public transportation. But the car is definitely nice to have so we wanted to take advantage of it.
Our first outing was to the precious, sea-side town of
Sitges. It is just about 45 minutes from us, but seems like a world away because of its quaintness. Of course, we took India so she could frolic on the beach which she did with enthusiasm! We just spent a couple of hours in Sitges, walking along the beach and meandering through the small streets of the old town, but agreed we need to return for a longer visit.
